Sound Track
I have created 2 soundtracks at the moment for our film, these are rough copies and not the final piece, i will be creating a poll where people can help us choose the right soundtrack.
After getting in the votes for which instrumental we would be using we have seen that instrumental one had more votes, therefore we will be using instrumental one for our film.

Film Title - Mizan
This is our first draft of the title, i felt that red would be a good colour to use for the title as the colour signifies danger horror etc.
Created by Momin
This is the second draft of our title. i have done this because the white gives a sense of horror and the smoke gives the audience a sense of danger.
Created by Mizan
This is our final title we have all chosen to put in our opening sequence. We have chosen this title as it fits best with the genre of or movie. We have chosen the colour white as it creates an eery effect which will hint out to the audience that its not a peaceful film. The electric pulse creates a sense of horror which will be best fitted to our film. However at first we were going to use the colour red but the program "Motion" changed it to pink or orange. I had over came this problem by choosing another colour that would fit best to our horror genre.

Diary Entry
9 January 2012we recorded the scene of when Momin is with the psychiatrist, traumatised by what had happened to his friends, we recorded the footage in the school medical room because it has a hollow atmosphere which will make it more believable, before all this we have an establishing shot of St Clements hospital to make the audience think that he's in a mental hospital.
15 January 2012
We recorded the main footage of when the 3 students (Mizan, Moe, Shahin) get lost inside the forest. we faced a problem because it was dark and we did not have a torch light to see all the footage and the cam corder did not have night vision. we then came to the conclusion to use our phone lights as it is not that powerful, this created a mysterious sense because not much was visible. we thought this could keep the audience alarmed because it would make them unaware when something was going to happen. this will keep the audience interested in our opening because it will keep them thinking.
16th January 2012
we recorded an establishing shot of St Clements hospital.
23 january 2012
we recorded the webcam scene where Momin was talking through the webcam to Mizan. He is traumatised by what had happen in the forest and can't seem to forget about it.
29 january 2012
We recorded the webcam scene where I (Mizan) was talking through the webcam to Momin, I then meet the killer which kills me but this is not shown we just have a sense when momin see's me got and then see's the murder looking back at him through the webcam. We faced many problems on the day for example we did not have a tri-pod to keep the camera steady however we found another solution to overcome our problem. We used a shoe box which we felt worked very effectively. we used a black cloak, black gloves and mask for the killer (Akram) and the victim (mizan) wore casual clothing we felt as if he should be relaxed. for the props we used a knife, laptop and furniture, we felt that the setting should be in a bedroom because it will be more suitable.
16 March 2012
we recorded the end of our opening sequence were it shows the equilibrium and the four friends are all together, this is before all the disequilibrium started. as we don't want to give to give to much of the story away at the beginning.

Props used whilst recording the last scene
these was the props we used whilst recording on the 29th january 2012, we also used a black cloak for our ghost however this was not visible in the image.
This is the murderer in our film. this was played by Akram Hussain, an actor we recruited to play the murderer in our film. we chose him because his body figure fitted the requirements we needed to fit a murderer.

First day of filming: 09/01/2012
on the day of the filming we encountered a problem, we have failed to produce a script for our actors, our solution to this problem was to create a quick script before filming.
however, the rest of the recording worked out, the costumes fitted the role of the actor and actress.
Professor McCartney (Mrs. Georgiou)
- Black suit
- Glasses
- Brief Case
The reason why we chose these costumes was because we thought the psychiatrist should look formal, professional and sophisticated.
Mr. Ahmed (Mominul)
- Leather jacket
- Shirt
- Jeans
The reason why we chose this was because we thought the actor should be rebellious and tough.

Actors in our film
Mizan
i was chosen to act in the film because i best fitted the role of the brave individual who tries calming everyone down.
Mominul
mominul played the surviving victim because we thought he best suited for the role because he had an innocent look.
Shahin
He had a rebellious appearance to him with the characteristics of a student.
Mrs. Georgiou
her appearance looked very mature and sophisticated, this was reverent to the role she was playing as a psychologist
